I felt awful to myself...as not just me but my colleagues & housemates have informed that i've put on some kgs recently. (ALAMAK!!!) So yesterday kononnya wanna reduce on carbs so i just ate salad (ok la...cheap ma, RM2 saja)
while i was having lunch, i dono what's urge me to sms and ajak my roomate E to gym!! ...so that evening, after i reach home i , both us quickly change our t-shirts and went to the gym. Well, okla not much people around. As our personal traineer P hvt back from work, so we start off with cycling + a lil bit of stretching + sit ups (susahnya)+ believe it or not both of us run&walk (hehe) up to our 21st floor..yeap...it is 21st floor. honestly i almost give up walk up the staircase when it is about 7th floor (13 floors to go) but i'm glad i make it! satisfaction is there...haha..poor roomate have to wait & stop for me as we walk up. Tired but satisfied.
As both of us prepare for dinner, P just came back from his swimming. E told him what we have done which really makes P disbelieve...hehe (Semangat yu)...And then he told us this coming saturday all of us do jogging early morning...(in my mind i was like...ha?) but then see how ... whether both of me & roomate can wake up early on that saturday morning 1st.
ok..it's a good start right? i've been exercising since last week (once a week as a starter)...kla, enjoy it & proud of it! hehe
