i was weight @ 50kg in mid Oct...the heaviest weight i ever have...
so since then, i've reduce my food intake :no more heavy breakfast (just cereal + hot coffee) + have my normal lunch (less rice + fish as my main dish) + NO dinner (if im hungry just plain fruit ie. apple).
i went to penang on 21st Oct (food hunt but we walk a lot)...back from the trip, i managed to lose 1 kg! dat is so great...
now, 2nd week of Nov, i've lost another 1 kg...so now my weight is 48kg (still dangerously, just hope it won't go back another 1kg)...my wish is to get 44-45kg...so i still got lots of work to do...
